Post subject: Alcohol age |

| Hi, planning to take my kids to Tenerife in the spring, they happen to ne 15 and 17. Anyone know the minimum drinking age in Tenerife? |

Hi
I think it is 18, some parts of Spain are 16, btu dont think this is.
TBH though, you wont have any trouble, especially for your 17 year old. |

Though this has nowt to do with Tenerife, we were in Salou 4 years ago and I was astounded to see kids as young as 9 drinking breezers quite openly with their parents! The staff were well aware of this but they had the attitude that if it was ok with the parents then what the hey. Our son is 17 and worried that cos we're A/I he won't be able to have the odd pint.
I'm worried that he can!!!  |
