Post subject: to let long term |

I`ve put a notice on here some time ago but with only 2 replies.
Maybe somebody , Rob seems quite clued up on these things , might have contacts for some agency who would handle a long let in Las Americas.
As i live in London i would require them to
(a) find a tenant from now to end Nov
(b) collect rent for me
I have let through your forum before but it always resulted in tenants just dissapearing, sometimes with bills unpaid.
Great site.
Keep up the good work

Hi Crampere
The problem with tenants doing a moonlight move is not just down to the people renting your property for you.
I hear this all the time leaving owners with bills and mess to clear up behind them. There is no fool proof way of doing this apart from taking huge deposits which most people cant afford.
I have friends on the Island with 3 or 4 properties rented out and there all on the same complex and they still manage to walk past is apartment without paying there way
It's really hard to police whether your in the UK or living next door |
