 Post subject: Tenerife Dreams/Resorts holiday reps |

Does anyone have any contact with these people? Our hard drive went and we have lost all details of pending holiday. Their website has no contact details. The hotels they cover are Hollywood Mirage,Beverley Hills Club,Beverley Hills Heights and Palm Beach, all Los Christianos area.
Would be very grateful for any assistance in contacting them. |

I had a look on Google, I assume that you have already tried that. Its really funny that their website does not have contact details, whats the point of advertising if you cannot be contacted. Also I didn't like everything I saw with the Google search, was this a free holiday?
Maybe you could try contacting the apartment complex that you are staying at. They should be in contact with "Tenerife Dreams" the company that you have booked through. |

These 'hotels' are all timeshare complexes. Maybe it stipulates that you have to listen to a presentation in return for your free holiday

You're right, it is a free holiday, just have to attend a morning presentation,which is no skin off my nose. But we're still no nearer contacting the Tenerifedreams reps.........
Problem is we don't know till we get there which accommodation we're staying at  |

Free holiday or not,I would be very cagey about a company that goes to the trouble of putting up a fancy web page like that and not having any contact details.They are the number one on the google search so it probably has been registered with them.The people who own this haven't got a phone no or email.When you do contact them ask them why this is.If you get sorted I hope you have a wonderful holiday here. |

You could try contacting any of the apartment complexs. If they deal with Tenerife Dreams then they will have contact details.
Be prepared for a long presentation.
