Are there any jobs in hotels or houses for cleaning or chambermaid duties? Mature lady in early 50's would like to move to Tenerife (Los Christianos) or Las Galletas by May 2005. I've got a lovely personality and I'm hard working!

You're not likely to get work in hotels. They prefer to use local labour. I f you can afford to wait while you build up a clientele then there is work for house cleaning ladies. Of course there's also holiday apartment cleaning, normally on one or two mornings a week when you've got to work like mad to get them cleaned before the next lot come in.

Thanks for your reply Rob! Do you know of any jobs going at the moment for cleaners or for health care assistants in a 24 hr clinic as I'm a trained A grade nursing assistant?
