Spangly-costumed dancing girls, Afro-Cuban traditions and non-stop music keep the atmosphere... two weeks of partying!

If this is an annual event, it'll be sure to take part every year. Really sounds like fun. Mind you, I do hope that the 'spangly costumed' girls are not too-scantily clad - could prove to be distracting..!!
