Hi Everyone
Well im sitting here in raining cold Newcastle Upon Tyne, wishing i was back in Tenerife. I was there on holiday 2 weeks ago and did not want to come home. Im now thinking of living and working there and would love some advice and tips from you guys that have been there done it and are still doing it ?

hey welcome Smile theres loads of great information on here if you just go on the search icon near the top of the page and type in what youd like to no im sure youl find loads , anything you cant find an answer for just ask

Hi Gem and welcome. Be sure it is what you want to do, do you want a working holiday or to move permanently?

Do Research and more research. Plan, plan some more and then plan again. Make sure you have read the link above provided by Rob.

Dont put the things that seem to be a disadvantage to the back of your mind, face them and confront them early on, your move will be all the better for it and you will know exactly what to expect.

Let us know if you need anything if you cannot find it using the search facility at the top of the page.

Know the feeling! We are back in Scotland now 2 1/2 months after leaving Tenerife, the only consolation is we are planning to move.....

yea i do need to save no doing to well at that at the min, went out drinking last night and played bowling, but at least the bowling part of it was free Very Happy i won two games though i was so proud it seemed the more i drank the better i got lol if i dont move out next year though i will defiently comee out for a holiday

I think that loops realises that you need some money behind you when coming to live here. Her intentions are good but temptation beckons in the form of the evil drink or some new clothes or shoes and out comes the purse and away flies the Tenerife fund.
