Post subject: Dog Kennels... |
|
|
HELP!!!!!
I am going away for 10 days in November, back to the UK. I need to put my little dog into kennels for the time away. I have been having a few problems finding out any details about where any are.
I was going to ask Ian at K9 where we got her from, to see if he knew of any.
But first I though that some of you animal lovers would be able to help. _________________ Find out more at www.myspacetenerife.com

I've seen advertised Dog Hotel for all your doggie needs !!! (serious here now in case of any misinterpretations) will have a look in the paper and see if I can find the number, I see their van around here at times too. Couldn't Apollo help you out Stripps. I would love to help but what with Oscar being old now and set in his ways don't think it would work out. |

Apollo is slighty to far away and she no longer does stay overs, she does do dog walking and things like that.
My dog is lovely but she is still having slight problems with her toileting...lol
My best option is a dog kennel or something like that...
if you do find this number let me know..Thanks _________________ Find out more at www.myspacetenerife.com

There are dog kennels just above Arona, as you leave Arona going towards Vilaflor at the end of the long straight road. I think it's called La Granja _________________ .

Thanks Karl...I did find them in the canarian weekly this morning and called them.
12 € a day and I have to supply the food....
Dogs need to be up to date with vacinations and then they can stay there.
I think I may have to put her in there as it seems to be the only option lol _________________ Find out more at www.myspacetenerife.com

Why not ask Maggie Sharp who does a lot for K9. She may know of alternatives. I'll pm her No _________________ .

| We got our new dog toay. She is a wee black Scottie called Sacha. She has completely made herself at home already. She is an absolute gem but a complete scruffbag. She is going in to get groomed on Wednesday. I have uploaded a pic to my gallery. |

Sorry to hear about that Daverock, but they lived to a good age didn't they. I was the same when my cats died, one aged 17 and one 14 never again......... same old story and then rescued Oscar (black lab) 7 years ago, I think if you are someone that loves animals you can never really be without one. Hope you had a good weekend was it a sober one lol lol (our's wasn't) |

| Got her from a guy who lives in the village. He lives on his own and works in a bar and is out very late most nights. I was talking to him about her a couple of weeks ago and he was saying how much he hates leaving her so much. Anyway the upshot is he asked us last week if we wanted to take her. We thought about it for a couple of days and told him yes. We got her this morning. She has completely settled in and taken to both of us. You would think she had been here for weeks. So intelligent and so friendly. |

Bless. We want a dog too but until we find a larger place with a garden we don't want to get one as it is unfair to leave them in a small apartment while we're out at work. I was also brought up with lots of animals (yes we had sheep too as I'm sure Stripps will tell you ) and would love Xoaquin to grow up with more - we only have a cat at the moment, who btw, my new neighbours had befriended last week (they had left milk outside their front door for him) and named him Betty (?? ) as he has no tail and they thought he was a stray
Anyway back to topic, my friend leaves their dog in a kennels near Arico so I will try to find out about it for you Stripps. |
