does anybody know of anywhere that does aerobic classes in the south of tenerife, preferably during the day as my evenings are taken up with work

Strips, sorry baby, I shouldn't tease. It's an understandable error - when your slender fingers are rushing frantically (back & forth)..... on the keybaord, you understand (!!), you can experience the occasional typing error......
