 Post subject: TENERIFE MOVE |

Hi just found this interstin site,my name is andy and my family of me the missus n 4 kids r movin out to Tenerife in 3-5 week but r strugglin finding a 3 bed prefer golf del sur las galletas Palm Mar or that area, not an appartment if possible. I m a Satellite Installation engineer so u all know where to come to for your viewing needs.My wife is setting up a Telesales office also and there will be approx 4 jobs available as noticed people on this site r looking for work so hang on tell we get there.
Any help would be appreciated

| We will be looking at renting for the first 6 months then buying once we have all settled down,dont want to end up on a large complex full of holiday makers need to get back to a reasnoable amount of normality.We intend on buying in Palm Mar but anywhere between there and golf del sur for the time being would be good. |

Hi Andy,
In the locations betwen the Golf and Palm Mar your best bet for a 3 bed rental would be Parque de la Reina, Las Chafiras or Guaragacho. A 3 bed rental would cost your between 700/1000€ per month on a long term agreement. I would imagine these will be either town houses or apartments. If your looking for a villa I rekon you could be looking up to 1500€ per month. All 3 areas have ex-pat communities. Guaragacho is probably the most 'Canarian'.
As regards to buying in Palm Mar, there is limited land as it is located between a nature reserve (Punta Rasca) and a national monument (Montana Guaza). The result is a heafty price for any 3 bed. |

Thanks for your help just been over there againn for 3 days found a detached villa in Palm - mar for 1000 euros 2 doors down from my mates villa never been used yet also completley furnished available from 1st sept will be taking it.We want to come out in approx 2 weeks so iam trying to find accomadation until then any ideas.
