I love how Stevie C and Ozzie knew each other from before Tenerife and so did Didi and Steve I think - all inter linked.

Gotta say, I used to go down and see the Lizards at Soul cellar from about 1997 to 2000/1 and they were legendary. As a spotty teenager I really idolised them all especially Ozzy and Didi.

I remember someone throwing an egg at Brané from the stairs one night and it hit him in the chest - the band stopped and Didi darted off up the stairs after whoever chucked it - Brané can't remember that though, it was about 8 years ago so he's either forgotten, was off his head at the time or has a convenient memory!

I used to always love it when they did Creep by Radiohead cos Ozzy used to do this mad jump off stage - even when the larger stage was built for them he still did it. Cool as fuck.

Then there was the settign alight of the guitars follwed by prodigys Firestarter circa 1999.....although the sunglasses looked a bit err, well nevermind.

So many great nights - if it was only 1998 again -
