 Post subject: Lonjas Rock05 (mini festival in Puerto) |

Yesterday I was in Puerto and saw a lot of posters advertising a mini rock festival coming soon.
Lonjas Rock05 will be at Parque San Francisco, Puerto on Saturday August 13th. It starts at 18.00 hours and the bands are:
Porretas, La Gripe, Los Dificiles, Malosmodos and Gran Banda Mandinga
10 Euros admission. Sounds very  to me! And shows this sort of thing can and does happen here!

| Sounds very interesting in deedy, shame that its on my best mates b'day or I'd go. There's a lot of bands in the north of the island, nearly all spanish - just wish the south could have the same appeal... |

Well, it's another reason I want to head up north to live! I had been told that you can't charge admission on the door here and that there aren't rock bands here but I found out months ago that that is a lot of rubbish! In the north you can and there are plenty of bands!
