Hi
Well I'm still looking at moving and have found a studio in Playa Paraiso for 350 a month. This sounds quite decent to me but just wondered what everyone else thought...Its on the Club Paraiso complex which doesnt look too bad.
How far is it from Las Americas, Is it easy to get in there whats transport like? I know Paraiso is a lot quieter than Americas and thats fine just wondered what it was like to live in if anyone knows anyone??? |

I live in the next village called Callao Salvaje. Paraiso has everything you need apart from nightclubs. It has restaurants, a small beach, banks, bars, supermarket, hotels, and some nice walks along the seafront.
As far as I know there is only one bus service. By car it is 10 mins to PDLA by bus I would say an hour as it stops everywhere there is a house !!!!!
Hope this helps. _________________ Need a cleaner in South Tenerife ? Cleaning just got better... www.maid4tenerife.com

As has been said before, if you are going to work and party in Las Americas it's far cheaper to live there. 350 sounds cheap but you'll soon spend a lot more on transport to and fro each month. _________________ .

I see what you're saying, guess I saw the price and thought it was good but if it's going to cost a lot travelling into Las Americas it might not be worth it.
If you get an apartment on a complex do they tend to include bills? That one did which was another thing which attracted me to it... I think I need to set a date that I am going to move for definate and maybe book a package deal find something when I'm out there I know thats the advice usually given and I've seen a couple of packages on the internet for £350ish!
I just want to be there now lol! |

That's the best thing to do Michelle.
Some places will include bills and some won't. Make sure you ask. My average electric bill is about 40€ per month but we are a family of 3. If you are living alone or sharing and are not at home much then it could be cheaper. _________________ Who am I? Find out more here: http://www.myspacetenerife.com/index.php?page=view_profile&id=17
