Yes two weeks today and i will be on the island at last working my but off to make the dream real,hows your plans going maxine?
looking forward to meeting you all in person,have plenty still to tie up here but know it will be worth it in ten years maybe!

Hi Bubbly, plans are going fine,
just coming round sooner than i thought it would the days are flying by. , still got a fair bit to do , nearly there just deciding whats coming with and whats staying.
very busy everyday .
how are you doing? do you have work already lined up for you.

good to hear from you maxine,i have a wee p/t job lined up until i have time to put my c.v around and see what is actually available out there,i think its a case of taking what is available with the view to finding more suitable work further down the line, are you going to be able to make april's forum meeting?

... tramlines???...do people still have those on their sconners???...god, i used to have them put in when i was at technical college when i was 17, when i did hair modelling (...ermm 23 YEARS ago)...........wow... . |

Oh yes tram lines are still pretty big , mainly for the younger lads , and funky of course well they are where i come from dont know about the reef. |

...mullets and tramlines...?? ??.....god, i've gone back in a time warp......that means pernod and black, spandau ballet and jeans with coloured lines down the seams ( mine were white) might get a look in too...err yuk!!!!!! |

I loads of hair into mullets they look lovely once styled.
The little ones as young a 4 ask for wax on these days and the good old faithful coloured gel, i will put some on yours funky.
its the beckham cut next, not to sure on his hair at the moment.
cant make my mind up whether i like it or not have to grow on me, he doesnt look as nice . |

I've just had a flashback to Crimbo 1984 - Ceasers bar, Los Cristianos - me, alive, single-ish and a bit scolloped on Pernod and orange trying to teach a beautiful Norwegian girly the words to Cliff Richards 'Summer Holiday'.................  |
