 Post subject: Home in RURAL location wanted |

Hi all
I am looking for a rural property poss San Miguel/Granadilla areas - other rural areas considered. I have dogs so an animal friendly landlord would be great.  |

Its always best to look closer to the time as i doubt anyone will wait that long if other offers are made.

Hi Pookey
If I was an owner then as long as I was happy with the occupants I would take there money at any time. As long as they were not paying me for a move in date months in advance. I may be able to get someone else in and make a few extra months rent.
Are you prepared to pay upfront for a property you have not seen?

Well no I won't pay monies before seeing a property. Though if there are any properties available when I come over I'll view them. So I guess the best thing for me to do is to post another ad in about 2.5 months and see what's about.
