Nombre = Name
Fecha De Nacimiento = Date of Birth
Lugar de Nacimiento = Place of birth
Sexo = Sex H= MALE M= FEMALE
Estado Civil: S = single; C = married; V = widowed; D = divorced (mark appropriate with an X)
Pais de Nacimiento = Country of birth
Pais de nacionalidad = Country of nationality eg British
Nombre del padre = Fathers name
Nombre de la madre = Mothers name
Domicilio en Espana = Address in Spain eg apartments name, area, road name if known.......
No = apartment number
Tel = Telephone number (preferably spanish)
Localidad = Locality eg San Miguel, Arona etc
CP = post code (5 numbers long)
Provincia = Province.... if in Tenerife it would be S/C de Tenerife


2. Lugar donde se solicita el NIE = Place where you are applying for NIE. Spain. Outside Spain. Emabassy or consulate

MOTIVO POR EL QUE SOLICITA EL N.I.E. thats where you put why you want the NIE.......... Económico, Professional or Social (Tick professional for work reasons or social for house purchase)


Domicilio a efectos de notificationes = leave blank if you are collecting NIE from Police Station.

underneath there is where you sign.

regarding nie form translation. can you tell me what"lugar donde se solicita el nie meens please." its number 2 on the form. also number4,and if you go to manchester to fill it in,what do you put in for number5.sorry to ask a lot but i am confused

lugar donde se solicita el nie ..Means place where you are appl=ying for NIE..Spain..Outside spain ....embassy or consulate.

Number 4 is if you are not presenting the application yourself.

Number 5 is the address for notifications...

If you are appying in UK...theres a sticky about how to do it on here..

I am not to sure about what you would put as I lived here when I applied for mine..lol
