Hi
Could anyone advise on the above. One of the ideas I have is to set up a stall selling mugs with tourist pictures on, T shirts with pics the stuff that can be done on the spot using digital cameras etc. Do I need a licence to start up or can I set up in any suitable spot

Tenerife markets have markets in various towns almost every day of the week. You would need to rent a space but first you would have to set up a legal company. You can't legally just pitch a stall wherever you feel like it.
