Very comfortable for one or two people, my apartment is now available for long term rental. Pets and children are welcome, though it is quite high up....so please bare that in mind. Smoking is also allowed. The monthly rent is 370 euros per month based on a six month lease (renewable by mutual agreement).
There is 24 hour security to the building with access only to key holders, a communal swimming pool and bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment has all you need to 'move in and start living there'.
This is a smashing but underated little area with a nice atmosphere. If you need supplies, there's a supermarket under 2 minutes away from the apartment...not too costly either.
Bus Stop and Taxi Rank available to the front of the apartment building entrance gates.
The apartment is currently on a holiday website (I paid an annual fee), so you can view it on ww.holidaylets.net/search_results.asp the Ref no. is: CT12539

Of all the things not to include....what a pilluck. Playa Paraiso is where it is.

Timing is never right weve been in callao for coming up 2 months and paraisso is before callao if coming from las americas oh well its always handy to know ... erm are you in tenerife at the moment? it may be worth putting an advert in summerfield supermarket where i use to work they have adverts on the wall on your right as you enter and people are always browsing even those that are on holiday or live here, justa thought

Thanks for the 'heads up' Ezzy, on Sommerfield. Not currently in Tenerife, but it's imminant.
For future reference, what Sommerfield do you speak of? Sounds like another avenue to explore.

Summerfield is in Callao Salvaje as you enter Callao the road bends and as you pass tropical park summerfield is on your left...thought it might possibly be helpful as Callao Salvaje is next door to Paraisso
