hey guys were back woop!! and its our first proper day here and im already sat in an internet cafe some things are just hard to let go of.

anyways how is everyone??

we started travelled at 8pm on thursday and arrived in los cristianos 2pm on friday but it was soooo worth it. we found a pension (the same as last time) and were staying there for 3 days. everthing had gone smoothly until .... we woke up today and we had forgotten that no banks or estate agents are open lol so it looks like its tinned beans for us till monday and sea water pah haha...i went to ring a friend and guess what no credit..i tell u life is a funny old thing but surprisingly enough this is a happy rant because were in tenerife so how can we moan hehehe

luckily for us we caught an estate agents open till 1pm called tenerife royal in LC and we have 2 places to look at monday Smile xxx

lol well we survived its monday lol...weve been viewing some apartments and one of them even the estate agent told us not to bother lol - now thats something different

hes taking us to another tomorrow in las americas its a studio but the pics look nice and im a sucker for taking anything but the estate agent said no you have to view it first and get a feel for it Shocked its called paraisso mainly residents fingers crossed eh xx

A payment of up to one months rent to the agency for the work of finding it for you, doing the contract etc.

Some agents do not charge it and some do.

Its hard to take when you find an apartment you fall in love with so always ask first before you go viewing.

If you are prepared to accept the charge then all good.

Oh yeah I think Expose charged us that for Las Tajinastes, but they did kit the place out for us too so for the little rent we paid didn't think is was too bad !

Erm we didnt pay a finders fee if thats the same thing. You know me "sometimes" Im so blonde the simplest of questions are hard for me to understand. But on this occasion i think ive understood...we paid 550 euros deposit and then one months rent plus 50 euros for the contract. We went with Tenerife Royal who are based in Los Cristianos next to Las Vista beach.

It is a studio in Las Americas within the complex Paraisso Royal (basically behind Leonardos) its kitted out with everything so were happy Smile the washing machines broke though but we rang yesterday and Rob sent round a guy to have a look but it looks like we need a new one so fingers crossed we wont be waiting for ever eek!!

maybe we could have a forum meet round ours and have a bbq?? you can swing a cat in our studio hehe xx
