Could someone tell me the date of the Los Abrogis Fiesta this year please? Smile Especially the date of the fantastic fireworks!

Hopefully we'll be on the GDS for the weekend of the fireworks !!! Some years we're there the right week and some years we're not. I've got a funny feeling that we're due to miss it again this year.

We get a great view of the aerial displays from our upstairs balcony and it's worth getting home early for Very Happy

8th september I believe....It is fantastic...we went there last year and the fireworks are great...they had them coming out of the sea.it was amazing.

It is always the first saturday in september.....so I am told..

worth a visit....the kids love it they have all stalls and lots of beer..lol

Damn, we're in LC that week!

Oh well, there's always next year, too many fireworks and I guess you'd soon get bored with them. We've seen a few displays over the years and are always astonished / amazed / impressed by them. I'm sure they wouldn't let fireworks that size in the UK Very Happy

The Los Cristianos fireworks are always the first Sunday in Sept. A BIG event and carnival. The two major manufacturers of fireworks both put on displays. The notices are already up warning of parking bans.

So we miss the LC fireworks by arriving on 07 Septmeber (asssuming first sunday to be 02 September) and we miss Los Abrigos because we're in LC that weekend.

Oh well there's always next year!!! Smile

From what i can remember from previous years the LC fireworks seem to be whichever Saturday they prefer that year Smile Smile Smile

I don't take it as an arguement. I bow to your superior knowledge Bow Down It's is obviously due to our dates moving backwards and forwards that it appears to move. Smile and obviously I meant Sunday not Saturday Smile

I agree with Tenerife Princess, it is something that has to be seen Smile
