The Parador. I wouldn't call it romantic except for the setting in the National park.

Yeah, Im looking more for all you can eat for €10´s etc than romance. Lets face it, if I started to romance her, she would want flowers, roses the full works and it does get expensive.

Why not go the La Gomera for the weekend, very romantic and not too pricey ! There is a nice Parador hotel there also ! Other than that what about a day out on a boat with a nice meal, or the Molino Blanco?
Or there are some nice Spa Hotels in Adeje aren't there ?

Mrs Treb and I have just been discussing where to go. She said "I want to go somewhere different" so I'm going to lock her in the kitchen.

Rob don't be such a spoil sport he has to up the budget for all these years and do something nice !
I think La Gomera is a nice, and inexpensive idea.... you could take a tent and picnic, that is very romantic .....
Unfortunately for me Chris is the least romantic person you could meet so I can but wish that one day I will get taken on a romantic picnic, I had to organise my own for our 1st anniversay this year and he then took me through a field and I had to walk through a smelly bog !

I think you are probably right She is doing well with her alphabet, she is now up to m. I reckon she wil be ready to read this in 3 months or so but only the small words.
