 Post subject: ADSL2 Puerto |

I am stuck with a slow and expensive ADSL 1MB with Telefonica, and have been looking every now and then in the hope that my central will be upgraded to ADSL2. Now I have discovered that several phone numbers in Puerto offers ADSL2, but when testing availability for my number it continues to say "DISPONIBLE (EXCEPTO LINEAS RDSI)".
Does anyone know whether this might be the central to which we are connected, or - hope not - that the wire into our complex does not allow ADSL2? In tbhe latter case it will probably never become available as there are very few subscribers in the complex 
Can I do anything to get information about when it will be available for us, and/or press some buttons to speed up things?
It is madness in my opinion to pay almost 60€ per month for a low-speed connection when most people get 4MB for 30-40€ |
