How long is a piece of string may be easier to answer? lol
It all depends where is it, what it is, what the people living in it want to charge ? It usually proportionate to what they pay in rent and what you are getting for your money....
Ie. 2 bed apartment (equal size rooms) half the rent , 2 bed with a small 2nd room a third of the rent , maybe ...... it all depends ......

Which area don't you know? Tenerife is quite a large island.
I will take a wild a guess and say you mean Las Americas (don't ask how I knew!), where you would pay roughly 500€ for a studio (someone correct me if I'm worng there!)
