You think it would have been snapped up,

....but then again that old Loro Park down near the Patch is a good little patch to do something with... and has been derelict for years... although parking is bad for that and no passing trade really....still think it would take a nice profit as a pitch and put with some effort.....

Wasn't sure how the banks were over there with lending on commercial land like that.... I always thought it wasn't it that good of a state ?

The plan is to buy the park to make money You didn't try very hard to find the owner if you didn't make a search at the land registry.

A few people joining their expertise shouldn't have too much difficulty raising the 1 1/2 million or so deposit.....would the park produce net profits sufficient to repay the loan, salaries, overheads etc as well as providing a return on the capital invested?

well i searched for the land owner, but if you think about it its been closed fora year or something why hasnt anyone bought the park.

apparentley he went bankrupt which means the bank now has it!

I might just use my ideas on something else this is going to be a no go!
