Well, hopefully you will all have seen in the press that this event is taking place tomorrow, however just in case you have missed it let me give you a few details ........ a chap by the name of Mea Deen, who sings (as part of the Wild Boys) at a Bar called Leonardo's in Las Americas is walking from the Base of Teide all the way down to the Bar tomorrow in aid of K9 Animal Sanctuary.

He starts at about 8:00 hrs in the morning and should be arriving near to the Chill Out bar in Los Cristianos at around 16:30 hrs for the final 3 kilometres along the sea front to Leonardo's Bar - hopefully joined on the last stretch by as many people as possible to encourage him along!

Oasis FM are doing an outside broadcast at the Bar from 16:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs, however the party will be going on until the bar closes in the early hours of the following morning. We have arranged for a number of Entertainers to come along and sing a few songs to support K9 and there will be games and raffles taking place.

Look forward to meeting as many of you all as possible there.

Well, what a great afternoon and evening that was.

I can not believe the energy and enthusiasum those guys have got. Mea did the walk in record time and Mark even joined him at the halfway point to walk with him.

Tanya, Kelly, Donna and the rest of the staff at Leonardo's Bar worked so hard for the after walk party - thank you so much to you all!

We also had a load of Entertainers that bowled up and sang to support K9.

The final figure isn't in yet, but we believe that in excess of 3,673 Euros was raised for the Animals. We should know the final figure early next week and will have the details in the press as soon as we can!

Once again, thanks to everyone, including Helen and David at Leonardo's.
