hiya im thinking of moving to tenerife round about april, may, but really nervous about going out myself so if anyones thinking of going over about the same time, feel free to email me would be great to get to know people who are thinking bout going over about the same time

yes, were a Danish family hoping to move within 3-4 month from now... only thing missing is somewhere to stay - but i´m sure we will find proper place

by now I have been e-mailing several real-estate co´s, but you know "spanish people dont ride same day as the sadle"

were planning another trip in 1 month, just to sort things out


by the way: family consist of me 46 female, son at 24 + girlfriend at 20, and daughter at 9 - furthermore we got 2 cocker spaniels (wondering if they speak the language ) - also we got 5 cats, but they will stay in denmark in new homes

we started planning are move 11 months ago just waiting to finalise are house sale here .we were hoping to be out for xmas but so much over here had to be sorted so hope to be out begining of feb now.still im really worried about it.i was so excited to begin with but doubt is in my mind now sleelpless nights !!! we should be looking forward to it .cold feet but there no going back!!!

weve just signed are house sale agreement here in southampton and the latest date ive got to move is 30th of this month .got the belly ache now!!!! were moving into are place in chayofa.all to do now is book the flight and get the dogs on the same flight .weve got a few boxes too which are beeing shipped out .all action now ..

hi Helrod...we are hoping to come too...we fly over for a week next Tuesday to look at some businesses etc. BELLY ACHE! Tell me....I am sitting here in my flat in Amsterdam surrounded by boxes...gotta shift this stuff to UK on Weds and fly myself back on Saturday.

I wish you luck and we also look forward to meeting people when we get there....I had to do this when I came to Holland 5 years ago...it'll be fine...just BREATHE.....and have a large stiff drink when you get the collywobbles!

When are you thinking of moving over? Do you know what area you´re going to live in yet?

I´m 29 and moved to the south at the end of November and am here alone, so if you decide to take the plunge, i´d be happy to meet up with you for a drink.

Can´t help on the job front though, as i´m still looking for one!
