| Good tennants looking for a one bedroom apartment in Las Americass for long term rental. We arrive on 4th January. Good tennants. Can anyone help. |

Hi if you do a search on here for long term rentals you will find loads of useful information, this is one of the most popular questions so you will find people will not answer as it is all in the search facility.
A quick over view on what people will reply will be
1) Book a week or 2 holiday and then while here contact estate agents and look at many.
2) Make sure you have enough for a deposit and a months rent.
3) There are many estate agents round one I used was Expose underneath Las Tajinastes across the road from Hotel Columbus in PDLA, they showed us many apartments, we ended up renting in LAs Tajinastes for aprox 400e a month for a 1 bed, with views, old building but well equipped and local for work etc, noisy at times though because of road outside but may have changed since predestrianisation at bottom of the satiago....

Some popular cheap end accom in PDLA are Las Tajinastes, El Dorado, Altamar, etc
