I am soooo mad, I have sat in all afternoon 12-6 no gas engineer, I rang them at 5.30, he was supposed to be her an hour earlier according to the person on the other end of the phone, was told they would ring back to let us know what was happening.
Went to work (bingo night), back in at 9pm no call, so I rang and asked WHEN the engineer was coming, the person on the other end said well not now it is after 9pm......wrong answer.....after me giving him some facts he said he would go and find out what was going on........HE CUT ME OFF...

I rang back and asked again was put on hold for 12 mins to be told....."oh the engineer has booked it in for tomorrow morning".........red rag bull........so I asked him when was I going to be informed about this appointment........silence.....so he said again he was going to come tomorrow morning.........that was it ......I blew..........I told him this is what is going to happen ......an engineer will come at 9am on Saturday morning and you will send me a complaints form asap...... he said they don't work on a Saturday.......tough said I get me a supervisor NOW.

He then said they will come early on Saturday...fine said I ....and don't forget the complaints form.

Anything else I can help you with Mrs Blythe.............he got no answer.

Sorry for the post being so long but I am sooooooo annoyed.

thats what made me more angry, I have taken 3 days holiday this week and paternity leave next week, to get things sorted, give Toria a hand etc.

I thought things like that only happened in Tenerife. Let us know what happens on Saturday. Hope you get it all sorted and your complaints form filled in!!

HO HO HO phone call on Saturday 10.05am from (sorry) KUMAR ... the part was in the van of the engineer who did not appear on Thursday so they were sourcing it locally, I must have looked like a Mocheacan (sp)
I could not speak, all I could get out was get an engineer here asap,and hung up.

He arrived at 11am thank god Jonathan was in, as I could not interact with him (not his fault I know ...but), took him 10 mins to rectify the problem .

Can't wait for the complaints form to come in, so the new sound from my chair is ..... HOM>>>>HOM>>>HOM (yoga)
