Hi Christine and welcome, sorry but I can't help you there and haven't a clue what to suggest apart from selling it in the normal way and then looking on our property section to find your new home. The chances of finding someone who wants what you have and vice versa are very slim indeed.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Can I suggest that you post on forums where people are discussing moving to UK. I guess that most people reading this forum are either wanting to live in Tenerife or already do, so I think it's unlikely anyone would be interested in returning to THAT cold place called Britain!!

Have done a quick search on the net and can only find holiday home swapping sites, but with a more thorough search you might come up with something.

Thankyou for that information mamajb much appreciated. If their is anyone who is renting in tenerife but would prefer to put that money towards purchasing and fractional ownership i would love to hear from the them.
