Who is your Idol? Well I admire people like Stuart O'Grady for his totally honest & easy-going attitude... but my true idol ever since childhood was Leonardo da Vinci... someone who was an artist, designer, engineer, philosopher + more. A very all-rounded intellectual and a true genius.

When was the last time you fell flat on your face? I've had a few stacks descending Tenerife on the ol' MTB. I don't know exactly when that was, but just this afternoon I poked myself in the cheek bone with an un-cut fork steerer tube when I leaned over to check something.

What is the best feature you have? I would say my brain, but my partner would say my blond hair and good looks. Wink

Yes i am a wild girl, mainly because my parents are hitting there 50s and are at this momment in time still raving it!!

My favourite drink changes with the seasons, but right now i love Malibu and Diet coke

How many days week ... oooh thats a tuffy, but i think around 20 weeks combined

Favourite Food is definatley Paella

Favourite season is summer, i love the heat !!

Favourite thing about the UK... Possibly Brighton!!!

Memory - I have alot, but spending time with my family as a child on a saturday night when playing scarbble was the in thing will always stick in my head x

Do i like housework ... HAHAHA right now its the only thing keeping me off the internet and im going to have to get used to it when i come over to the reef

Ideal night in - Lots of rose wine and a chinese watching UK gold classics
Ideal night out - Nightclubs are my place of worship !!

Favourite group... I love oldie and newbie bands from Guns n Roses - AC/DC to Bloc Party and Dirty Pretty Things

As for solo artists i love at the momment Lenoa Lewis and for an oldie you cant beat Eric Clapton
