I would thoroughly recommend the Paloma Beach complex in Los Cristianos (opposite the Arona Grand Hotel). Its almost right on the seafront and is an attractive and well maintained complex. Being on the seafront, many apartments there have wonderful sea and garden views.
It has a large heated pool with an attached kids pool with ample sunbeds plus a well stocked pool bar/restaurant. The complex is particularly popular with families and there is 24 hour security.
The complex is also adjacent to two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a long strip of bars and restaurants, the only ones I know of in the whole of Los Cristianos that do not employ annoying P.R's on the street so you can walk and browse in peace.
