Awwhh Margaret I know how awful it can be. I still get so upset everytime I hear REM, Everybody hurts, as that was when I had to have my 17 year old cat put to sleep (in mu house which was better than the vets surgery) and that record was out at the time and always reminds me of her.
I think if I could forget the last awful day with Oscar and the humiliation he went through as he messed himself and had never done that all the years I had him, and the fact his legs gave away andhe could not get up as much as he kept trying to put his head under my arm like he always did etc, but I was sitting on the floor with him until the vets came.
Although we have been having some good memories lately of some of his antics he was a crafty little sod and stubborn when he wanted to be. Know what you mean though Margaret the memories etc are always there.

Oh Sunny I know what you mean they have their little ways oh and big ways, at the mo John and Buddy are sharing a magnum I tell you what a dog he is daft as a brush, 
Lea glad that Tipsy is better, up to mischief no doubt

Lea John is my hubby, Buddy shares everything if he gets the chance even Boudica shares her crisps, dinner, biscuits, juice, water, and the odd punch with Buddy.
