Hi, No its not sorted yet as the estate agent is so slack......3 emails later and not so much as a reply Mad

Have had a word with my lawyer but because we still owe for 2 outstanding spanish wills from when we came back here, she wont advise us until these are paid for, and trying to get the bank acoount details so i can settle it is proving hard work too Mad

I give in TOTALLY SOMETIMES!!! Blah

Not bored, just all asleep while waiting for this super estate agent to do the job they're being paid to do. If the tenant is still in the apartment with no contract what does the 'estate agents' care? I'm sure that they'll deduct their share of any money while smiling gleefully at their glass half full.

Actually Penny...I have been in PM contact with Fiona....We are not bored and so not get bored with our REGULAR forumers...and friends.

You on the other hand seem to be gagging for a fight AGAIN....

I find it all very petty...Funny how you have not been around for a while and the just decide to pop back to THIS thread....

Maybe an introduction as to WHO you are and WHAT you do here in our lovely Island, would be more appropriate...then maybe we could get back to being NICE with our new members.

I think I've contributed enough to this thread and its all been said before, so I'll leave Stripps to carry the torch on this one.

In the meantime Margaret, I'm steering clear of the deli counter and heading straight for the bargain basement bin. I hear they've got out-of-date Angel Delights on special offer.... Laughing
