The tenants I was sharing with have just gone back to Ireland so there is room here again in Chayofita, Costa del Silencio, South Tenerife near Las Galletas:

Double room to let to single person in ground floor apt, 350 euros for single person, 550 for 2 people inc bills apart from phone and share of gas bottles. Deposit required equivalent to one months rent. Property is for sale so tenants must be willing to show potential buyers around and keep the place clean and tidy. 6 month tenancy agreement available. No children, prefer non-smokers (or smoke outside if you do), no pets unless very well behaved (because I already have a cat).

The complex has 3 swimming pools and a shop and carpark. Other shops, bars and restaurants are minutes away as is the bus terminus.

How soon are you looking to find a tenant, as I am thinking of coming out here next month, just need to secure a job out there first.

It's vacant now and unless someone else snaps it up it will still be then.
