For a long let too.....maybe it is coated with gold and a cleaner and cook are all included? A few of my friends lived in some of these .... never paid that amount though long let.....

Well, makes my double room in a 3 bed luxury house with hot tub, SKY, Broadband, your own personal 42 inch lcd tv, Pool, your own bathroom, washing machine, dryer look cheap at 450 Euros!!!

I have got a massive 2 bedroomed apartment on the golf, that I live in cheaper than that. It does seem to be a lot
Some of the places are really expensive in Las Americas, but I have never seen any that much for a studio...maybe it has gold trimmings lol
On the other hand I am sure there will someone who will want to rent it.
