Hi,
Tried out the tram to La Laguna last week it was a great way to have a look around up there.
Just over 2 euros for a return day journey, you get your ticket from the machine at the stop your at then get on and put it into a machine which validates it.
It travels along in the middle of the rd on the green verges so it hasnt really made any difference to cars etc except when there is a cross over and the tram seems to get priority.
It took about 25 mins from Santa Cruz to La Laguna and was very well used especially by older people and lots students.
We did not have much time to look around La Laguna cos had to get back to pick the kids up from school but we will do it again some time and have a proper look around up there.
Anyway, worth a trip if your up that way.
PS Did not see any accidents think people are getting used to it now and are more careful!  |
