Hi Rob and Stripps, I didn't think the spraying would be an option...He cant speak any spanish!He speaks dutch pretty fluently and does well for himself in Holland. I think he is better off there.
He has always just worked in bars as an extra, theory being if he is working at the weekend he cant spend all his money on drink

If he can learn Dutch (Flemish) he can learn Spanish. I had a Dutch girlfriend and found the language horrendous. Tell him to learn Spanish and then he'll have a chance at a reasonably paid job.

@Stripps - I know of a paint spray shop on the road between Buzanada and Cabo Blanco but I'm afraid I have no idea if they are any good. There is also one on the road up to Valle San Lorenzo.
@Helena - like Rob says, once you've learnt one language, it's easier to learn another. There is plenty of bar work here if he is good and reliable and if he has an extra language he will be ahead of those who only speak English.

Thanks Jenny.....looks like we will be getting the car...YAY..
Helena...There are loads and loads of bar and restuarant jobs...but is that really what he wants to do..??
Is it really what you want ? lol My brother keeps threatening to move out here too lol..
Although my sister is due to move out here in September which I am actually quite excited about...she will be 17 and a half..so she keeps telling me..and I will be looking out for her of course..lol

Hi stripps.... No, its not really what I want!! I think he will probably stay in Holland! He really just wants all of us to stay in Scotland!!

Ahh what rotten little bbbbb ok you get the picture!! My two LOVE it here 10 and 13 and we came from Carluke in Scotland! Theyhave told me if I want to go back they will stay here and live in a cave !!!! Shannon(13) is always on Yahoo or msn too along with a mix of her spanish and scottish pals. She never quite got into using the forum... I'll give her a poke again. her user name on this is Chimpy shaza or munkiinuts...can't remember which.

LOL  ....Cant believe you are from Carluke, we stay in Coatbridge! Probably about fifteen minutes away max. In fact we were playing in the Carluke Rovers Club a few weeks ago! anyway, Cora cant wait to get there, it has been nice weather here the last two days and I have been playing in holiday parks the last two nights, so she came with me, (Wemmys bay last night, Salcoats tonight) We went for a walk last night in Largs as we had some time to kill and we sat at the beach with a chippie, and she said to me if this is what its like living in Tenerife it will be brilliant! (I think she just meant the weather). She cant remember Tenerife, she hasn't been since she was 8.
She hasn't been on the forum yet....she is a bebo addict and an msn addict.....and she's been my groupie this week! Shes going to see Girls Aloud tomorrow night, I cant go, I am playing in The Bothwell Bridge Hotel, I missed them last year aswell coz I was working, they are soo fab! I am so sad!
