Evening all,

I think it is all in hand, well lets say my lawyer has put my mind at ease a little with regards to the contract.

She has spoken directly with the estate agent on my behalf and says as long as i cancel the contract 2 months before it is due i will be ok, otherwise the estate agent will just renew it again for 6 months without asking me.

All i have to do now is keep a mental note of the date!!

Does that mean that you've finally received and signed a 6 month contract? May I suggest that you send a bureaufax or have a gestor/your lawyer deliver it by hand and get a receipt, the agent could claim not to receive your e-mail/normal letter. Glass half empty on your behalf again.

Thanks for that Rob & Funky, advice appreciated and i will follow it up with my lawyer.

Yeah i am building up to that drink already stripps, will be nice to finally meet Jude as well after all this time!

To be honest i will be really glad to get back and get ourselves settled, we aint settled over here as we have nothing here apart from our jobs and a roof over our heads which isn't even ours!!

Living with my dad at the moment which is great as it isn't costing us anything so trying to save , save, save but the fact is that our house is in Tenerife and i cannot bring myself to even think about selling it as i cant.

How are you anyway?
Congrats and i am sorry that its late but i have been so pre occupied since getting back to this dump with sorting the girls schools out and getting jobs again, it's never ending.

Will have a catch up with you when i get back over.

We're fine thanks Fiona. I'm getting fatter but trying to be sensible with what I eat as I don't want to put on as much weight this time as I did with Xoaquin! It took me almost 6 years to get it all off again!!

Look forward to catching up with you when you do get abck "home"!
