Hi all out there. New to the forum.

We are both retired and in our 60s, and at the moment living in a very hot and sunny Goa. Inda. We are in South Goa not too far from the Colva area.

While it's fine fine living here there are big problems with visa's, they will only issue 6 months visa's, and you have to leave India every 6 months to renew the them. So it's off our home country, the UK or Bangkok. Sri Lanka was great as it is only 1 hour away by plane, but they are only giving out 3 months visa's now. Plus all the trips are quite expensive.

So would be greatful for a few insights on living in Tenerife.

Hi Faro and welcome from me.

We live in the UK and are approaching 60 and are planning to retire to Tenerife.

We have researched a lot of information. But I will leave it to the people who live there already as they obviously know more than I do.
