I am feeling so bloody stressed out!!

And i feel so bloody angry.. I just wanna punch people. Yep! I want to physcially punch people! And i wanna just go crazy!!
And what winds me up even more is i hate feeling angry!! Cause im not normally an angry person!! Except for with my Dad but still...

I cant wait till im in Tenerife
I really need a break!!
And i need a good cry!!!!!!

go for a run or do some excercise that will burn some of ur frustration off . Ur bound to feel angry . But if U really need to punch someone and cry u can try me , just fit me in ur suit case for tenerife and u can punch hit kick cry as much as ya want at me Wink

LIsa, somewhere with a large brick wall, where nobody can get hurt!!! jam jars, or jars of any discription, bottles, old plates etc, have a good smash and scream/cry, shout at the Devil, God or anybody you wish.......messy but calming

Or get a punch bag / go to a gym where they have a punch bag. Won't hurt you as much as a brick wall!

we used to have a punch bag in the garage, but I found a wall and a few things to throw at it more theraputic Laughing Laughing
