Looks like you all had a wicked time, just wish I could have been there.... 
All I need now is a who's who from the photos?
Apart from Bard and Karl I dont know who everyone else is..... 
It will be a while before I am out again (2 weeks in Nov 2008) just seeing those pics want me to jump on the next plane, arrgh but for work!!!!

We are soooo jealous wish we had been there....was it chilly?!
you all have jackets on, except loops and Lisa!!
Whens the next meet? hopefully we can be there! (If its between 24 june and 8 July.)

Incidently, I was curious to the location of 'Flicks Bar' and 'googled it also finding links back to the 'Bard of Ely'
Youtube / myspace etc
I guess this is your adopted gig?
P.S I did have a stab in the dark at who was Funky and was to pleased to find I was right

Yes, it was chilly and most people and the music stage were all inside. Very unusual May weather here and I was worried it would put people off attending so was pleased to see it didn't!

Yes, basically I am the main presence online for the place!
There are other venues I would prefer to play at but they start late and I can't get home due to there being no buses.

It was a great afternoon thanks Bard for arranging it and serenading us.
Lovely to meet my two nieces (Loops and Lisa) and Funky, Rich and Kaz and of course great to see to Karl, Clare and Tom again.
A BIG BIG thank you to Jenny (who it is always lovely to see) for supplying us all with jackets, jumpers, sweatshirts etc. lol lol
Was a bit chilly eh |
