Hi guys,

Hope you are all well ! Can't believe our Lisa and Loops is over there with you, I wish we were Sad

We have been very busy, my friend has moved out now and found her own place but we have been doing the garden and making the most out of the weather and been out and about in the car alot. We have had a lovely weekend in Scotland too which was nice. !

Chris has started a new job in Old Trafford and loves it doing what he did before but he is the only one in the company and is starting it all from scratch sooo that si very good !

Anyway I only wanted to let you all know that I have agreed to a job swap at work and I am going to be a bin man for a day ! he he

I can't wait, I initially volunteered to work in parks..... as the weather is nice, but there were no places so I agreed to go for bins anyway... what the hell, it will be a laugh if nothing else and also a learning curve .. you don't know till you try as they say!

So I have to wear all the gear and I get to go to the tip and everything he he

I'll post pics if I allow anyone near me with a camera ha ha

Anyway hope your all well !! Tipsy barks hello too !

he he we are doing a LIFE swap.... kind of like wife swap ha ha

We are swapping jobs for a day, so a refuse person must get to come and sit in my office (drinking tea !) he he only joking !

Yeah really, more of a way to get other departments to know what others do as at the moment it is split into so many different locations some people do not even know what some departments do, so it promoting that . No one know what our team do, or that we exsist probably so it will be good for getting us more known !

it is a good idea, a senior from the townhall came to give me a supervision and said he could not work in the day centre... to noisy...I went for a meeting with him at his office and I was around the twist just waiting, it was sooooooooo quiet...nobody spoke, only when answering the phone

Hi guys, had a great time , the lady I worked with was lovely and so were the rest of the others I met on the day, it was nice to get out and see people and they all walked past you and said morning or afternoon and we even had a few people say 'doing a good job!' which I thought bless. Don't think it could be something I could day in and out as I would get bored, but I see the attraction of the job, she gets to be out and about in the fresh air, the job satisfaction aspect is also good as she can see the outcomes of her work and she is trusted to go out and do the job without any supervision... so yes a lovely day! Glad it wasn't raining though!

I still can't believe how awful some people in our society are and that they are so ignorant to just drop litter everywhere and also some of the things she told me were just shocking !! Where would society be if we were allowed to just do as we all wanted our streets would be full of litter and god knows what else !

Well done Lea, it just goes to show all the aspects of different jobs etc. I have always been a believer in treating everyone the same way no matter what jobs, cultures, religions etc etc. We are all just human/equal after all.

Although that does not excuse the minority of total low lifes out there.
