Hi
I suppose we are lucky knowing someone who has actually made the move and that has helped us decide to do it ourselves I don't suppose we would have done it otherwise.As for the mortgage we have been paying it for nearly 16 years and the house prices were well cheap then (thank god would hate to have to buy now  it's such a shame for all the young people who want their own homes)
