I am late replying to this but I also thought you mean Cristianos. I know Puerto de la Cruz as simply Puerto!
I echo those who advise the Bono as a must for travelling by bus here! I use them all the time! _________________ Find out more about me here: http://www.myspacetenerife.com/index.php?page=view_profile&id=10 |

Just back from Tenerife
I always buy a bono bus ticket but my mum was saying she read they are being replaced with a card you can use for taxis and buses and the bono bus as we know it will be no longer,.
Does anyone know if that is true? she is usually spot on with her information or maybe she just wanted me to leave her with the remainder of my bono bus to use it up

There was a proposal to introduce a card to Santa Cruz that would work for tram, bus and taxi but I don't think that it's any more than a proposal as yet. _________________ .

Oh well at least she can make use of it. We save a fair bit using it hopping on and off to go the bank then Unelco Endessa and not paying again if travelling on a diffferent number bus within 2 hours.
Everyone should have a bono bus |
