Man you EU citizens have it made.

I went through such a rigmarole to get my license here (from scratch).
I wrote about half a dozen articles on it on my blog.

Tha latest news is that I passed! But I still have to wait another 2 months for them to send me the license in the mail. In the meantime I get this interim paperwork... that still hasn't turned up at the autoescuela either despite waiting 2 weeks!

So it really doesn't feel like I passed yet. Total cost of license = 1200 €.
