Se escribe Español.

Yo tuve un día largo ayer. Soy madre trabajadora, embarazada y estamos preparando una mudanza entonces ultimamente todos los días me parecen muy largos y con mucho que hacer.

Mira aquí http://sun4free.com/forum/ftopic7957.html y encontrarás la manera de poner los acentos cuando tienes un teclado inglés.

Yo diría "una semana mala" porque normalmente el adjetivo viene después del nombre (noun).
