 Post subject: Studio for longterm let 350 PCM |

Recent new Kitchen. Generous size studio for let. Lived there myself for 6 months till my family came over.
Situated in Playa Paraiso, there are excellent transport links.

That's a brilliant price, I was paying 600 euros a month but I guess thats what you get for renting in Las Americas.

No good if you work in the main tourist area or want to visit there regularly. The transport costs per month will soon knock out any savings on rent but great if you want to live out there.

| Exactly - or if you have transport. I lived there for 6 months myself but admittedly I do have a car. The price is set of course with this in mind. |

This is very true. It's not that far by car and alternatively you can always use the bus service, though due to its location it was every hour when I went up there.
