I received this as an application for a job. What would you think if you received this? Am I being ridiculously pedantic?

Apart from the Xs with which I deleted the site name, that is a job application from someone who claims in their CV to have "excellent communication skills".

lol, I sometimes can not believe what we receive at work, people applying for jobs at 40k+ and don't even have the courtesy to use Dear Sir/ Madam, the use Hi !! And don't use capital letters, or sentences or grammar !!
I always take great delight in reading them out loud to my team and think to myself I shoudl just click DELETE but being local government you can't, equality and diversity after all ! lol
We had a person last week asking for a 'quality assurance' job yet hadn't spelt, most of the email correctly?!?!? .......WHY???
Oh well, we can but have a good laugh at them !
