Hi all!!, I'm 25 and moving to tenerife on the 31st of october. I've booked an apartment for 2 weeks and hope with alot of leg work I'll find work and a permenent place to live once I get there! the nerves are setting in now mainly due to the fact my mum keeps having a go at me about this being a pipe dream especially because I'll be on my own - hopefully my bubbly personality will shine thro and all will be well !!!!!

thanks I've been readin through the form for days now and got some interesting information I'm sure I'll need when I get there!

Ive qualifications in the care sector which are wide ranging, from medical to mental health but since I dont speak spanish I dont expect to find a job in that area - I do intend to rectify this asap tho!

Ive worked behind a bar for 6 years now though so (typical of every other young brit ) hope to get something like that untill my language skills have improved!!!

I normally go to tenerife 3 or 4 times a year on holiday, infact I just had a week in september which means i wont be completley lost when I get there, I'll at least know my way around!!!
