It has been raining steadily for the last few hours I am really pleased to say and we have had other showers over the past few days but not enough to soak the ground well. At last I think the rains we so desperately need are here!

Not here in the South although it's certainly a little cooler this week. I'm sat here 'topless' in front of an open window. I heard that Birmingham was +4 today ! They're welcome!

+1 this morning at 07:55 on way to work but +7 on way home this evening at 18:00 but have had some sleety/snowy stuff tonight already.

Had to scrape the ice off the windscreen this morning (figure of speach as I actually turned on the heated front windscreen and let it melt them removed the water with a flick of the windscreen wipers)

It's starting to feel 'cold' in the air in the mornings now.
