Currently looking for appartments and seen quite a few in Palm Mar. I have never heard about this place before and was just wondering if anyonce could tell me a bit about it. How close is it to Las americas? Is i a comfortable walk away. Is there shops near by for food etc.
If anyone knows would be good help.

Palm Mar is quite a distance from Las Americas. Its down on the front near Las Galletas and El Fraile. Its a relatively new resort. Rents are higher there and more like that of Cristianos and Las Americas.
It is very nice and the apartments are lovely. A friend of mine is renting a 2 bed down there for 770€ plus bills, which is rather high
not quite sure on amenities down there but the closest place to weekly or monthly shopping is the Mercadona or Hyperdino at Las Chafiras which is only 10 mins drive away.
